The brief
A large, overgrown rear garden the owners wanted turned into a clean, usable, low-maintenance lawn — green all year with no mowing, mud, or upkeep.
The work
We cleared the garden, taking out the old growth and felled timber and levelling the ground, then built a proper base: a compacted sub-base blinded with sharp sand, screeded level and consolidated with a plate compactor. The artificial grass was rolled out, joined, trimmed neatly to the boundaries, and pinned down for a taut, even finish.
The outcome
A large, hard-wearing artificial lawn that stays green and tidy year-round — usable in all weathers, with none of the mowing or mud of the old garden.
